The list of guitarists whose work I admire is selective, yet expansive. On my 2010 release, The Guitar Album I tried to bridge the gap between guitar composition and my ambient methodology. Here, it is exactly the opposite: though I am not interested in mimicking anyone (and would hazard to try) I wanted the final result to resemble to the listener's ear the mood and style exemplified by each artist. This suite is divided into three parts - this is the opening part or prologue.
