begins. the tenor of the dream is interpreted by
our brainwave patterns: the electrodes attached
to our skulls have been designed to mirror the
images we are processing into a visual picture
the technicians are recording for analysis. I am
dreaming that I'm on top of a snowy mountain
on the north end of Wales at night: there is s
small campfire by the cave I have set up camp
in. I can hear the wind and the sound of
faint footsteps off in the distance, but am not
sure if it is an intruder, or whether I am having
a somnambulistic episode. I am filled with
exhilaration, and fear that I might walk off the
edge of the precipice. suddenly I feel a
suspension of gravity - am i falling or flying?
my heart registers a noticeable arrhythmia.
