we enter the room. the sleep modules have been
prepared for our experiment. we discard our robes,
revealing the climate-controlled unitards assigned
to us, awaiting further instruction. the electrodes are
applied: one above our heart, two on each pulse
point, and three on the skull; one on top, with the
other two carefully placed behind each ear lobe.
the lights slowly dim, and we close our eyes. the
journey begins.
